Where we ship
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination and local carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees; occasional delays can occur due to customs, weather, or carrier volume.
Tracking
Where available, a tracking number is provided by email once your order ships. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking to update.
Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices. Within the EU, applicable VAT is included as required.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address; contact us quickly if you spot a mistake and we'll help if the order hasn't shipped.
Lost, delayed or damaged shipments
If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@onyxwake.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.
