This Privacy Policy describes how OnyxWake ("OnyxWake", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit or make a purchase from onyxwake.com (the "Site"), in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Belgian law.

  • Order & contact information: name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and the products you order.
  • Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Device & usage information: when you browse the Site we automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, time zone, and information about how you interact with the Site, via cookies and similar technologies.
  • Communications: messages you send us (e.g., support emails) and your marketing preferences.

How we use your information

  • To process, fulfil and deliver your orders, and to manage returns and refunds.

Legal bases (GDPR)

We process your data to perform our contract with you (orders), based on your consent (marketing, non‑essential cookies), to pursue our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Site, preventing fraud), and to comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax and accounting).

Sharing your information

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the store, including: Shopify (our e‑commerce platform and hosting), payment processors, shipping and fulfilment carriers, and analytics/advertising providers. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers
