This website is operated by OnyxWake. Throughout the Site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to OnyxWake. By visiting onyxwake.com and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e‑commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

2. General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted and may be altered to conform to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer.

Products are offered subject to availability. We have made every effort to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours accurately. Prices and product descriptions are subject to change without notice. The OnyxWake is a silent vibrating wrist alarm and is not a medical device; it is not intended to diagnose, treat or monitor any health condition.

4. Accuracy of billing and account information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including if we suspect fraud or an error in pricing or product information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Mandatory consumer‑protection rights of your country of residence within the EU remain unaffected. As a consumer, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
